AMC Terms
& Condition : |
1 |
Service will be provided by Zentel
Infotech on call basis during the contract period. |

will provide full & free access
of the equipment and related documents to representative Zentel
Infotech’s for the maintenance of equipment. |

Zentel Infotech representative will
alone shall undertake the maintenance and repair. If persons
other than Zentel Infotech representatives perform maintenance
or repair or modifications to the said equipment. Zentel Infotech
shall be discharged of its obligations under the agreement
,provided , however , if Zentel Infotech agrees in writing
to provide any special maintenance service required to restore
the said equipment to operating condition, the same may be
provided by Zentel Infotech on such terms & conditions
as are mutually agree upon in writing. |

Zentel Infotech’s response time
will be 6 hours. |

Zentel Infotech shall provide you
Preventive Maintenance 12 times a year. |

Zentel Infotech will provide from
Monday to Saturday during our working hours 10.00 am to 8.00
pm . No service will be provided during Holidays & Sundays. |
7 |
Due to technological obsolescent if
repair of any machine requires major upgradation, the cost
of such upgradation is to be borne by party. . |

Zentel Infotech services won’t
be applicable in cases of damages caused to the hardware by
fire, accidents in transportation, acts of God, failure due
to problems or misuse in applications software etc. |

1 free virus removal will be provided
under the contract. |

Due to software problem if software
support is necessary then Zentel Infotech have to know the
software is in use & price will be quoted for the maintenance
after discussion at a negotiated rate. |

Consumables like print head , ribbon
, floppies etc. will not be covered under the contract. |

All the conditions are valid for
with replacement of spares only free without cost. (Applicable
for With Spare Condition. |

Full Payment should be made in advance
for AMC by A/C Payee Cheque or Draft Only. . |

If the protective seal is tampered,
Zentel Infotech will not be responsible for any more problem
& the agreement will be null and void. |
15 |
Special facilities like Standby support
is provided in case of critical failures. |
16 |
95% of problems solved onsite. |
17 |
No accidental case such as fire, over
220 volt power supply, breaking, damage by
Mishandling, misplacing will be considered in our terms and
conditions. |
18 |
Spare replacement will depend according
to type of AMC. |
